Voting Results- Special Meeting for Dues Increase

Thank you to all homeowners who voted either in person or via proxy at the special meeting for the 7% dues increase on Monday, October 16.  The meeting required that 409 residents or residents via proxy (60% of homeowners) be counted in order to make a change.

We did not receive the required amount.  The vote were broken down into 84 Yes (to increase the dues) and 111 No (not to increase dues) votes.

Additional information will be shared in the coming days on the next round of voting as the Covenants allow for a second meeting and vote to be called.
