Homeowners in Colonies 1 & 2 that want driveway or carport re-surfaced!

Four Colonies homeowners in Colonies 1 and 2 who wish to have their driveways or carports repaved with concrete or asphalt by Phillips Paving need to call Phillips by March 1 to schedule the work. Call 816-921-8080.

Only Colony 1 and Colony 2 homeowners colonies will get a preferred rate on the work while Phillips is on site paving streets in those areas. But you must schedule the work by March 1.

To be clear homeowners will pay for their driveway or carport resurfacing. Four Colonies is only paying for the repaving of the streets and parking lots.

Homeowners in Colonies 3 and 4 may have a similar deal in 2023, when those streets are repaved.
