The following motions were made during the February 17, 2025 Board Meeting.

  • Approve the January 20, 2025 FCHA Board meeting minutes.

    • Passed

  • Approve a policy and procedure for reimbursement of roof replacement by insurance or homeowner during the replacement cycle.

    • Passed

  • Approve updating fence policies for single, multi-family, and garden villas.

    • Passed

  • Approve a $10 service fee for any credit card transactions to be effective 3/1/2025.

    • Passed

These motions will be included in the official minutes of the February board meeting and subject to approval at the March board meeting.
