IV. New Business-Significant Foundation issues have come to light with the recent water in the basement gym in CH2. We have received 3 bids for foundation work to address water issues.  Mold and possible wood damage is occurring.  Discussion is needed re the immediate need to correct these issues and re how to fund the work. The Finance Committee will assist with funding recommendations with limited budget vs emergency special assessment to homeowner.

V. Unfinished Business-Motion to pass update policy with guidelines for homeowners’ roof replacement.
