FCHA January Board Meeting- Special Assessment Discussion

The forecast for the Monday, January 15 Board Meeting is going to be very cold- single digits. The board will be discussing how to fund the cost of repairs to Clubhouse 2 which has significant foundation issues.

If you would like to share any comments regarding this topic or the proposed update to the policy regarding the guidelines for homeowner roof replacements and will not be able to attend in person, please send an email to office@fourcolonies.net.

All comments received will be shared at the board meeting during the discussion of these topics.

The Board hopes to see you in person but understands that it may not be possible due to the weather.
