Colonies 3 & 4 Concrete and Asphalt Repair 2022/2023

Phillips Paving has been selected as the Primary Contractor for concrete and asphalt repairs in colonies 3 & 4. We plan to start the curb and sidewalk repairs in November 2022 and plan to perform the asphalt work spring 2023.

As part of our contract, we plan to offer our services at a discounted rate to privately owned driveways, patios, sidewalk, and curb. To take advantage of these discounted rates we need to be able to incorporate privately owned work with the HOA work. For pricing, please reach out to me directly; my contact info is below.

We can offer the asphalt work for $2.75/SF which will include transition milling and 2” resurface. Concrete work will need to be priced individually.
