Reminder- Special Board Meeting for Dues Increase, Thursday, Nov. 16

Four Colonies Homeowners,

Please plan on attending the Special Meeting for voting to increase the HOA dues by 7% for the 2024 year on Thursday, November 16 at 7pm in the basement of Clubhouse 2. The one time increase is to cover additional maintenance expenses as most providers and vendors have increased prices for 2024 and the traditional 3% dues increase will not cover these costs.

• Vote Result

All proxy's will be counted at the meeting and results will be announced at the end of the meeting. The homeowner or the proxy must be present at the meeting for the vote to count.

If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like to vote, please have the proxy document signed by the homeowner along with the name of a proxy holder and delivered to the office at 7975 Monrovia or brought to the meeting.

**Note**  The proxy document sent in the mail has the incorrect meeting date, please cross out and write in November and initial or print a new copy.  The link is below.
