The following motions were made during the October 16, 2023 Board Meeting.

  • Approve meeting minutes from the September 18, 2023-  Regular Board meeting .

    • Passed

  • Approval to extend the current six (6) year home exterior painting cycle to a seven (7) year cycle with estimated yearly savings of $40-50K.

    • Passed

These motions will be included in the official minutes of the October board meeting and subject to approval at the November board meeting.
