November Board Meeting- Motions Voted On

The following motions were made during the November 20, 2023 Board Meeting.

  • Approval of meeting minutes from the October 16, 2023-  Regular Board meeting .

    • Passed

  • Approval to increase the 2024 HOA dues by 3%

    • Passed

  • Approval to make a 30% reduction of the dues allocation for exterior homes painting and apply that amount to the budget for common area maintenance for 2024.

    • Passed

  • Approval of the 2024 Four Colonies budget as presented to the board.

    • Passed

  • Approval of TopCare as the lawn care provider per a two year contract at $229,680 per year.

    • Passed

  • Approval of Heschmeyer as the pool service contractor for 2024 per the contract details.

    • Passed

These motions will be included in the official minutes of the November board meeting and subject to approval at the December board meeting.
