March Board Meeting- Motions Voted On

The following motions were made during the March 18, 2024 Board Meeting.

  • Approval of meeting minutes from the February 19, 2024-  Regular Board meeting.

    • Passed

  • Approval to reduce the recycle trash contract to two (2) times per month based upon an 18% increase from the previous contract.

    • Passed

  • Approval of a 3-year Republic trash contract, to include the change to recycle service for no more than $175k/year for 2024/25 with an annual 6% increase for remaining years.

    • Passed

These motions will be included in the official minutes of the March board meeting and subject to approval at the May board meeting.
