June 2022 Board Meeting Motions- Discussed and Voted On

The following motions were made during the June 20,2022 Board Meeting.

• Approval of the May 16, 2022- Regular Board meeting minutes.

  • Passed

• Approval to pay $21,928.16 for the Auto & Commercial umbrella insurance policy for the next 12 months.

  • Passed

• Approve spending up to $22,000 to remove the north chimney from Clubhouse 3 as it is pulling away from the building.

  • Passed
