July Board Meeting - Motions Voted On

The following motions were made during the July 15, 2024 Board Meeting.

  • Approve the Internal Process & Standards Operating Procedures as it relates to current signers on financial accounts.

    • Passed

  • Approve an update to the Four Colonies Roof Replacement due to storm damage/insurance claim policy. The update includes changes to the scope of work for replacing shingles and the manufacturer and color of the shingle.  The shingle chosen was IKO Dynasty in Brownstone. Policy details can be requested through the office.

    • Passed

These motions will be included in the official minutes of the July board meeting and subject to approval at the August board meeting.
