July Board Meeting- Motions Voted On

The following motions were made during the July 18,2022 Board Meeting.

-Approval of the June 20, 2022- Regular Board meeting minutes. -Passed

-Approval to renew the insurance policy that covers the Four Colonies directors and officers in the amount of $6,280. -Passed

-Approve to pay Phillips Paving $9,400 for street and drain repairs on Halsey Street. - Passed

These motions will be included in the official minutes of the July board meeting and subject to approval at the August meeting.
