FAQ’s for Homes Being Painted This Year
The office has received more questions than normal this paint season, so thought it would be helpful to to give you some pointers:
You can view the colors in the window of the office, or email us that you want to check out our paint boards (for 24-48 hours), or you can view on the website (under the services tab, then painting, but keep in mind that these are digital images), or you can view a home painted the color you are interested in (addresses listed below).
If you live in a multi-plex, talk to your neighbors about the colors. The majority vote wins, and if there is a tie, or no vote, then the home will be painted the same color, or if it is no longer available, the next closest color.
The painters will put a notice on your door 48 hours before they power wash, and you can view the order of painting in the Clarion which is on the website. It is difficult to predict when they will be painting your home, but they are averaging 4 days to paint the multi-plexes. Keep in mind that weather can always be an issue.
Lastly, some have asked if the paint order can be adjusted due to out of town schedules, wood rot repairs not being done, etc. This probably can't happen. This crew is trying to get 98 homes painted by 10-31.
