Delinquent HOA Dues

To Four Colonies Homeowners:

The Four Colonies Board of Directors on Monday, 8/21 agreed to increase efforts to recover delinquent HOA dues, which currently totals more than $165,000. That amount is enough to renovate our tennis courts, replace a number of our crumbling retaining walls, or assist with other worthy projects.

In addition to our current use of liens, the Board approved efforts to include taking cases to small claims court, start foreclosure proceedings, and list addresses of delinquent households in the Clarion. If you are delinquent, please call the office (913-888-4920) and discuss with the staff how to rectify your account.

The majority of our homeowners are current on their dues and we appreciate that. However, in this current environment where our vendors continue to raise their fees, we can no longer afford to let these delinquencies continue.
