The following motions were made during the August 15,2022 Board Meeting.

  • Approval of the July 18, 2022- Regular Board meeting minutes.

    • Passed

  • Approval to move 30% of the Paint allocation to Common Grounds maintenance for budget year 2023.

    • Passed

  • Approval to increase HOA dues by 3% for 2023

    • Passed

These motions will be included in the official minutes of the August board meeting and subject to approval at the September meeting.
