8 Days Until the Dues Increase Vote- Information to Know

8 days remain until the community comes together to vote on a HOA Dues Increase.

Where: Clubhouse 3- 8100 Monrovia St.

When: Monday, September 16

Time: 5:30-8:30pm

Things to Know:

-We need 409 votes in order for the quorum to be met. If the quorum is not met, another vote with a smaller quorum will need to be scheduled for October. Please get out and VOTE!

-Information regarding why a dues increase is being made can be found on the website at www.fourcolonies.net. Select the tabs for the June and August Community Meetings.

-Board Members will be available to answer questions prior to you voting in the parlor of Clubhouse 3 between 5:30-8:30pm.

-Board Members will be placing flyers in mailboxes this week with information on where to vote and how to vote! Please read how to complete the proxy if you do not plan to drop by Clubhouse 3 and vote on 9/16.
